Terms of Service

By accessing or using SamaPrime, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced within them, including our AML Policy, KYC Verification Tiers, and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

SamaPrime is a digital wallet that lets you fund a balance with USDT and spend it on digital goods and services, including SMS/OTP verification numbers today, with additional categories (games, subscriptions, gift cards) planned. SamaPrime is a software platform, not a bank — see our Privacy Policy and the regulatory notes in our public documentation for what this does and doesn't mean for your funds.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use SamaPrime. You may not use SamaPrime if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where doing so would violate local law, or if you are subject to applicable sanctions — see our AML Policy.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Providing false information during signup or verification may result in account suspension.

Your wallet balance is a ledger balance representing funds you've deposited, not a bank deposit or funds held in a segregated account on your behalf. Purchases are deducted from your balance at the time of order; refund conditions for each product are described where that product is offered (e.g. our SMS/OTP order flow's cancellation and refund rules).

You may not use SamaPrime for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law — see our AML Policy for full detail. You may not attempt to circumvent verification limits, use another person's account, or resell SamaPrime services in a way that violates our provider agreements.

Use of SamaPrime is subject to our AML Policy and KYC Verification Tiers, both incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may request identity verification, source-of-funds documentation, or restrict an account at any time as described in those policies.

Support requests and disputes are handled per our Support & Complaints Policy. We aim to resolve disputes directly and in good faith before any formal legal process.

SamaPrime's operating legal entity and the governing law/venue for these Terms are being finalized as part of our corporate registration process (see our public roadmap) and will be published here once confirmed. Until then, treat this section as provisional.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page; continued use of SamaPrime after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
